Review Bomb the game to get changes they don't like reverted/cancelled/delayed, then do you guys think it would work for Killers and the upcoming BBQ changes?
Do you think us review bombing it would have the same result as the Survivors did?
Their review bombing didn't change the nerfs though. Devs simply gave up nerfing self care which got nerfed anyway with increased healing time + sloppy butcher changes.
Since the survivor review bombing didn't change the nerf, killer review bombing will not change the nerf either. As far as I know, there is no upcoming nerfs to killers so I don't know if review bombing helps at all.

Only idiots put a bad review because they don't like a recent change or nerf to their role.
The more negative reviews a game has the less likely people will be willing to purchase it so you're only hurting yourself by denying this game a bigger playerbase.

Review bombing is a horrible idea for either side. Turning off new players from a game you play just makes it more likely to die off rather than get the right changes made.
Give constructive feedback via proper channels instead and help the game grow and thrive rather than try to kill it. Honest reviews help, if you generally like the game but have some griefs, sure its appropriate to add them in to an honest review. Raging and saying it's the worst game ever 0/10 with 2k hours and continuing to play is a bit much lol.
Probably wouldn't matter.. Since the majority of killer mains said they only used BBQ for the BP bonus, not the aura reading... So it probably would be a small handful of people doing.
Also I think they needed to make that change to lockers based on all the aura reading in the game now.. Lockers are more useful and make a bit more sense in the game.
Also... Distortion? Have you used it?.. More then a couple of matches?
You only got 3 tokens.. If the killer has nurses on.. or bitter murmur... Those tokens get used up pretty fast. Even with just BBQ, depending on your position on the map, those tokens get used up quickly.
If you just want to see if the killer even has BBQ on, you end up burning one token just to find that out.
Using distortion means also learning how to prevent the loss of tokens so you can save them for when you actually need them. This little micro managing of distortion can keep you off gens at times.
The locker changes make using distortion actually useful.
Review bombing doesn't do anything. Nobody in their right mind is going to reward that kind of behaviour because then everyone would do it all the time. It didn't do anything last time either, some people just look for any link between them to say it worked. Feedback is where it's really at. If someone can make a good, constructive reason why a change is bad, that says way more than someone reviewing a whole game negatively because _one perk_ was changed slightly.
But FWIW, I really don't mind the change. If someone wants to run to a locker when I down someone and hide there until BBQ would stop working, they can go nuts. That's a huge amount of time where progression stops. Often times I'll catch someone getting in a locker slightly too late making for an easy grab. And at the end of the day, I noticed no difference. People used to hide their auras behind generators anyway. If someone is smart enough to figure out that you're using BBQ, they're smart enough to hide behind a generator. I'd rather have someone waste time going to a locker than sit on the other side of a generator and continue repairing it the whole time.

What is the upcoming BBQ changes?
Making it easier for the survivors to evade it, chief of which is Lockers blocking it.
Yanno kinda defeating the purpose of Distortion.
It is not 'upcoming' though, it came like 2 or maybe even 3 weeks ago?
Yeah, I have no idea ######### this guy is talking about.
Still.

Didn't seem to stop the Survivors?
Guess OP wasn't one of the people who said they use bbq for bp xD
Go review bomb or whatever. I would love seeing all the threads that it will spawn
Btw , "upcoming" lol.
You missed a lot didn't you? Old news and not that big of a deal.
What changes are you talking about?
So the review bombing worked as intended
