Amanda's Letter can be really strong, especially on indoor maps. There is a reason it is an Iri-add-on and that's because it is game changing. So i have to completely disagree with you that it should be basekit. A basekit increase to her crouched movement speed or a increase in how quickly she can crouch and uncrouch would be really welcome though.
