Dead Hard still doesn't work most of the time
I mean come on....it doesn't activate most of the time I try to use it. I have tons of clips saved of me trying to use it and nada. I already onle get 1 use per hook phase and it also doesn't work more often than not? It needs a change or some work. It feels like there's a wind up or delay after I tap to use it and when it actually procs which there should be none. It should be instant use.

I get pretty consistent value. Only times I don’t, I can say it’s usually user error.
