Which killers are most balanced?
Your thoughts?
For me:
Wesker, Spirit, Huntress, Hag, Demo, Xeno, Plague, Artist, Oni, Pinhead and Dredge are fine killers. They are decent killers.
I'd put Nemmy and Pyramid here as well but even they are strong killers, they need some better add-ons.
Sadako, Ghostface, Wraith and Legion are decent m1 killers but maps kinda hurts them. So i don't think these killers have strength problems, maps are issue for them

demogorgon.
the good boy is alone at the peak of balanced
There was guy on Reddit who was saving his matches. And on his data, Demoboy was the least tunneller killer. I think this data collected by 1000 matches.
Demo is best boy in DbD. No doubt.
Artist, Huntress, Wesker, Nemesis, Demogorgon, Oni, Dredge. And Pyramid Head, but he needs better addons.
Hillbilly would be decent if he was back to his old version. ;-;
Depends on the MMR. I would argue at the top levels, Nurse and double speed Blight are the only balanced killers.
Sad but not probably not wrong.
This is my (highly opinionated) list
Blight and Spirit are in Overpowered due to their addons honestly, they're strong with just their base-kit but not so strong that they become unfun or unfair, it's entirely the addons that push them over the edge
Sadako, Twins, Plague and Xenomorph are extremely good at punishing survivor mistakes and have various tricks that make them highly effective
Bubba's chainsaw is both good for face-camping and shortening chases
Wesker has extremely good map mobility and in-built slowdown
Oni has the best map mobility and snowball potential in the entire game
Singularity can teleport across the map instantly and shorten chases dramatically, on top of shredding through survivor resources faster then any other killer (Ya'll are playing him wrong and I will keep saying this until you stop playing him like a set-up killer and start playing him aggressively)
Artist has cross-map damage, surveillance, and very powerful zoning that forces survivors to either get hit or run
Everyone in balanced is mostly the same, They're good at what they do but require actually getting good with them to get consistent results, Hillbilly especially
Trickster deletes in chase but fails in basically every other category
Hag has good teleportation but suffers from needing to set up, plus having a survivor just run around deleting your traps renders your power pretty moot
Legion has ease-to-Injure and that's it, spread out and don't heal and they can do exactly nothing
Ghostface's stealth is dependant on the map having a lot of LOS Blockers and can be snapped out very easily
Wraith has good map mobility and stealth but his power does nothing against good survivors in Chase
Pig has good map slowdown and a fun Ambush in chase, but has zero map mobility
Trapper requires time to set up and his traps are easy to spot on practically every map
Clown has good chases but that's it
Myers has the worst aged power in the entire game and could seriously use a modern touch-up
Freddy is...well, Freddy
Nurse and Skull Merchant do not play DBD, they play Nurse Simulator 2016 and Gen-Kicking Simulator 2022 respectively
xeno? balanced? no shot. xeno is overtuned lol
They said he is bugged, i will judge him after bug-fix.
Wesker and Oni are pretty balanced.
There are other killers that I would also consider balanced like Huntress and Plague but there are some maps where they just can't use their powers to their full potential, which hinders them greatly.
I do not consider Demogorgon balanced at the moment. He is a great killer and always great to face but honestly a bit weak. At the start of the match Demogorgon has no mobility and first needs to set up his portals. This also means that he can't go anywhere he hasn't been to before, which forces him to give up some parts of the map by default. Not great. His shred is also not the best. It's not all that hard to dodge in most cases, it doesn't work that well on many loops (circles, squares, bushes and other terrible hitboxes) and the pallet break saves you a whooping 0.34 seconds (not counting the charge time). His addons are also pretty terrible. Most of them are not worth running.
Oni
There's only M1 killers and Nurse/Blight/Wesker. The killers you listed don't exist, you dreamed them up on the spot. Try harder next time. Everyone knows BHVR is survivor side since they have yet to address MfT.
(obviously a joke post for M1 fetishists)
I don't have enough experience playing all of the killers to weigh in from that side, but as a soloq survivor main I'll think about what it feels like when I first see the killer we're facing.
We're in trouble: Nurse, Blight, Spirit - I find spirit the hardest killer to face, but my directional hearing is not that good.
We're in good shape: Billy, Freddy, Doctor, Pig, Ghostface
Add to the good shape Myers if he isn't tombstone.
Of that list, Billy and Freddy seem to be at the bottom.
We should all disconnect: Skull Merchant
Some killers feel balanced in soloq, but I know really struggle against SWFs, Trapper, Legion. Outside those killers though I find the others to be roughly balanced.
It depends what level you think killers should be balanced around.
Some people think mid-tier killers like Demo are balanced, though I think even mid-tier killers are generally too weak to compete well against good survivors. I think Nurse and Blight are a bit too strong but I believe that 'A-tier' is how we should be balacing most killers; strong, competitive, but also counterable.
Artist, Pyramid Head, Wesker, killers like that.
I'd disagree with partially on Ghosty, and fully on Wraith. Moving at 6.0 without add-ons means you can near always block a vault or uncloak and hit in the open. Ghosty is hurt by the lack of foliage/junk, but since they have been adding (what might be) excessive levels of filler onto nearly every map, he is in a really good spot right now. I'd even say Gideons meat plant is favorable to Ghosty if you play a certain way. (You need to 99 the stalk, leave, 99 another person, then jump the first person before they are able to reach the pallet. If they catch on, you 99 the stalk, then fake leaving, to jump them immediately. Mix it up and you basically will get every down without a single relevant pallet drop, as long as they don't have Sprint Burst. To be fair this is oversimplified to an extreme, you need to 'read' players, and attempt odd angle approaches on players who are more aware. An odd angle gives them a closer pallet, but if they weren't aware at the right moment, it ensures the down still.)
