Proposed Clown QOL Buff.

At any given time, you can press one of the Active Ability buttons to have Clown pull out a horn and honk it. This does not impede or aid the Clown in any way. He can hold the button to honk his nose.

Doing this in front of a hooked Survivor will have him honk their nose (alternatively, just implement this in his hook animation).
