Disarm and Dismember achievement icon
A very small and trivial thing to point out but hey, this is the place for it :).
I noticed that the icon for the 'Disarm and Dismember' achievement shows a medkit, even though the achievement is about special items. Medkits are of course not special items, unlike Sadako's tapes, EMPs, the new Flame Turrets, the Lament Configuration, Vaccines, First-Aid Sprays etc.
Would it be an idea to change the icon to one of those things, preferably from an unlicensed chapter? That should make it easier to understand what you have to do.
