crossplay has made the experience much less enjoyable
I've been playing since before crossplay and it is SO MUCH less enjoyable since. Major issues have been left unchecked such as the distinct advantage people playing on computer have. console players don't have a chance when playing desktop. desktop players will have discord up TTV next to their name advertising that they are actively using a mechanic intentionally not put in the game (yes cheating- the ability to chat and verbally strategize). Also the killer can be right on top of a survivor and not making connecting hits SOLEY because the survivor has their sensitivity at max and is just shaking the mouse vigorously. And finally, modding/cheating is extremely difficult on consoles but seems to be easy enough on CPU. I'm not one to complain without offering a solution though.... SELECTIVE crossplay would Greatly increase the enjoyment of playing this game. Being able to select what you are willing to Crossplay with eg: console as a whole or by type individually, Computer, would greatly decrease people putting it down for good as it narrows the gap from being cheated by bad mechanics. Also causing a stumble/fall/move speed penalty would decrease people using CPU with Turn speed to max from abusing the shaking the mouse complaint.

Main struggle for controller players is low sensitivity. I usually play FPS games on like 6.5 sensitivity and 100% on DBD is so slow to me. Can't imagine what console people that play on higher sens usually think about DBD's sensitivity.
