Fengs's outfit Shorefront Ensemble. The body piece is missing half of upper chest that is behind shirt. Just a black space.
Why you haven't finished it?
I'm very picky with cosmetics and it bugs me "_"
Also, it's been YEARS since you ruined skirts from "I heart the 80s". Care to fix that too?
