Is cross-progression ever coming for Playstation to PC

I really want to switch over to pc (Don't really use my console anymore besides dbd) but I don't want to lose all my progress in the game. I also don't want to lose all the stuff I bought in-game either. So is it ever coming??

And even less likely in Playstation, as Sony is the only company that makes devs pay for allowing cross progression in their platform, meaning no matters in what platform the purchases are made, you should pay Sony a percentage of it.
