What's wrong here? Why no GOLD medal for THREE Kills??? (ZERO bleed outs!!) AND especially: Why No Killer Grade Progress?

WHY have I been PUNISHED???? All 3 Survivors died ON HOOK!

    From a glance, a lack of hooks. Entertain the entity sir knight. Or pray for non swing happy survivors.

    Kills do not determine pipping. Basically, all the things you do to earn bloodpoints is what progresses the meter on whether you pip or not. It also gets more difficult the higher you get. If you wipe out the survivors too fast then you deny yourself the chance to pip.

    Can't tell from just the emblems but it seemed like a short game and people killed themselves on hook maybe?

    The wiki is a good guide on how you earn points for each emblem. Looking at your results, you needed some more hooks.

    It's true, they were all hooked ONCE and the lone survivor didn't even bother to unhook anyone. That entity is hard to please!!
