Singularity and the EMP problem needs to be discussed once more.
Although EMPs already have been (very slightly) nerfed, it still is a massive problem when playing as The Singularity. Be it both as Killer or Survivor, it feels like there are no drawbacks to holding an EMP at the beginning of the game and using it later on, let's say when three gens have popped.
The ability of Printers to immediately print a new EMP the moment one has been grabbed leads to situation where a Survivor can pick one up, do a gen, heal someone, use it and come back to grab another immediately. As the Killer, it really feels like EMPs are used almost every time you manage to Slipstream someone, completely nullifying the hardest aspect of the Killer with a simple press of a button, knowing that nearby, another EMP has already been printed.
This is a problem.
As The Singularity, it feels like playing as a M1 Killer with some info most of the time, and you can maybe Overclock twice or thrice a game on average, and that's an issue without talking about how clunky aiming at a specific camera can be: multiple times per match it feels like I've been targeting a camera to be transported into another, completely destroying any momentum.
Why doesn't BHVR simply makes it so a Printer from whch an EMP has been taken is unusable until said EMP has been used?
Not only would it make its use more strategical and thoughtful compare to what it is right now, where Survivors can just brainlessly activate it and completely punishing the Killer's ability to simply Slipstream them, which is only barely half of its power, and not the most impactful part, but it would also prevent situations where Survivors can have an EMP in hand roughly 90% of the match.
The Singularity is a fun Killer that is severely hindered, if not literally amputated, by a counterplay that is insanely strong for the amount of effort and quick-thinking it takes. Make him worth using, he doesn't have to be the strongest, but as of right now, he feels so bad to play as that for an Anniversary Killer, he feels extremely underwhelming.
Give this Killer some love.

The Singularity is very strong right now. A tier, if I were to say so myself.
If you're on console I can understand your frustration, but if not I just have to say skill issue.
