Sentry Beam Aiming

When the sentry beam activates, it's aiming at the raiders feet, shins at best. It should be aiming at the waist/torso. Because of this, it makes very little sense to place the beam at ground level facing the raiders. When in an elevated position, this really doesn't negatively impact it much.

    i've found solid value from at-level placements. mostly when the player enters or exits up one block and comes down into the laser
