Why not allow three survivors to heal one?
If it being OP is a problem, they could make the max heal speed the same as two currently is, or if it's too weak, make it an (almost) insta heal or something, and they can buff/nerf medkits.
It's not like it's a huge problem or anything though. It's just a curious to me, that's all.
