When will you fix the time penalty thing?

My game keeps crashing and i get a 6 hour ban for something totally out of my control? How is this okay? You have to fix it because I am not the only one that this has happened to out of my control. PLEASE FIX IT OR REMOVE IT OR ANYTHING BECAUSE THIS IS NOT WORKING.

    If you have problem with your game and ignore it = DC's you are repeatedly spoiling the game for other 4 players. Bans are perfectly deserved. Fix underlying problem (like internet if that's the issue)

    OP is entirely right, DC penalty makes no sense.

    on one hand, it penalized innocent people who are just in the process of finding what causes issues with their game, claiming they are doing nothing about it is ridiculous.

    on the other hand, no one should never be "coerced" into playing an unfun game, DCing is a completely acceptable choice and penalizing people for it will not change the fact that they will DC or not.

    What they need to do is actually address the balance concerns people are having and not take 2 years to nerf certain perks.
