Game crashes and DC-Penalitys
My game on crashed a Hand full of times Today- and Yesterday mid-match. And everytime i got a DC-Penality because the game thought i did a dc. How about some kind of mechanism that detects if the game was closed manually via a Tab/Console Menu?

You can just pull power cable off and it will counts as "safe" dc, that's too abusable.
If it crashes that much you shouldn't go into the match anyway, as it still hurts as much as common disconnection.
