These might make the game better
add an account system so people can transfer the levels and cosmetics from console to pc and bring back old rift cosmetics for 1.5k auric cells so you still make money and people get skins that they couldn’t get before due to stuff like being on vacation and not able to play

That is cross-progression which they cannot implement for whatever reason... They are aware that it's highly desired however so hopefully they can make it work asap.
