Singularity's Biggest Problem
His counter is so free. Survivors are not wasting any time when they counter him. Let me explain my point:
+ Trapper is trapping area and survivors needs to find them and disable them
+ SM puts drones and survivors need to deactivate them.
+ Pig puts trap on survivor's head and they need to search boxes for remove trap.
+ Pinhead's Box need to be solved by survivor.
All of this killers gives survivor second objective. If you ignore this objective, you will be punished by it. If you don't ignore, you will waste your time and killer will get free pressure on gens which is good.
Now let's look Singularity?
He also gives second objective to survivors. Get EMP! If you don't get EMP, Singularity will have full power on you. If you get EMP, you will waste some time right?
Not really. You are not wasting any time.
Because EMPs are printing automatically and you never starting to print at 0%. It's so fast to get them.
So my suggestion is removing automatically print part from his kit. And printing should be a bit slower as well. So survivors will get second objective and they will need to be more careful when they use EMPs.

Removing the auto completing and just forcing people to spend 22,5 seconds per EMP to get one is way too much.
Maybe this should be shorter idk but survivors are not wasting any time to get EMP atm. This is biggest issue with him right now. And i believe BHVR should look this to fix his issues:
