The Negative MMR Build
I think you'd have much better results with the "Houdini" build (lithe/dance with me/quick and quiet) plus a fourth perk of your choice.
Interesting. I think Red Herring is unnecessary when you already have Deception.
Diversion can be very useful if timed well.
