New Perk effect idea

Could be used for a completely new Perk, or a rework for an already existing one.

• When starting to run, you leave no Scratch Marks and Pools of Blood for 3 seconds.
• This Perk can only be reactivated by not running for 12/11/10 seconds, starting to run while this countdown is ongoing will reset it.

Dance With Me is already broken in some maps when combined with Lithe, i dont want a Sprint Burst version of it.

i like the perk idea. It would be cool to have a consistent perk to remove scratch marks for brief period of time with no drawbacks.
