The NightMare (Freddy) Needs A rework or a buff

We can all agree that Freddy is one of the weaker killers in the game right now. Freddy was a quite unique killer when he was released and very different until he was reworked because he was supposedly “bad” Yh he had downfalls but all they had to do was reduce how long it took survivors to enter dreamworld when pulling them in . Freddy right now is nothing like the ones from the movie being in the dreamworld isn’t punishing enough and survivors don’t really have drawbacks into being in there except for his power which btw isn’t good and survivors don’t care about going through it. He was ok until they reworked his add ons and now his add ons are completely trash. Now personally here’s what I think should happen What would you change about Freddy? He is really weak and bad and all his add ons are questionable

Freddy’s strength should grow the more survivors there are asleep. Survivors aren’t really scared of the dream world , If for each survivor that was asleep, actions would be 3% slower for each survivor asleep and he received a haste status effect, survivors would be less likely to want to stay asleep.

Freddy was such a cool killer when he came out. He was unique and different. He used to JUMPSCARE me soo bad and I loved it. All they had to do was reduce how long it took survivors to enter the dreamworld maybe bring back old Freddy and mix it with current Freddy and to remove something to make him not op remove his teleport to gens

    I would have loved for them to give survivors debuffs the longer they stay asleep, like losing HUD after being in the Dream world for too long and hearing fake screams, hook notifications, hex totems, etc

    An addon that makes the lullaby at maximum volume while survivors are in the Dream world would be good too, or simply make it basekit after a set amount of time in the Dream world

    I rather see a QOL for his current kit & addons that doesn't involve bring aspects of old freddy back in any form or capacity.

    Agreed, Freddy feels terribly bland and generic to play as and against. The Dream World poses no threat at all to survivors, if anything it's much better to be in it since it's so easier to see.

    Desperately needs a rework of some sort
