Showing Survivor Prestige to the Killer before the game starts
Why is this necessary? Either the Killer dodges the lobby unless its a Blight/Nurse or you'll get tunneled out for being high prestige. To avoid that you play a different character, which in fact changes NOTHING besides the number above your head that is shown to the Killer. So now, i spent 1 MILLION BP on a char I now dont want to play anymore.
Can someone come up with a single argument why this is needed? Like i said, you can completely avoid it by playing a different surivior, all it does is make you not pick your favorite chararcter.

I will add to this. Killers shouldn't be able to see hour counts either. Killers use this to dodge games and find easy targets to tunnel out.
I don't know why killers would dodge P100 players. Everyone on the forums tells me that there's zero correlation between being P100 and being good at the game. Those P100 players are all just babies that run into walls and self care for minutes in the corner
I am starting to think all those threads are made by the same person using new accounts.
Lobbies should be completely anonymous for the other side in the first place. Killer should only be able to see what character and cosmetics you are using (to keep the stalking gimmick before the game.) No name should be shown, no access of any sort to platform profiles, no carried items shown, no prestige level shown. Simple as that. Seeing all that just does condition more players than it does not.
That depends on your Steam settings and has nothing to do with BHVR.
But I agree, showing prestige to killer in lobby is just stupid. Scares players away from lobbies that the matchmaker has decided on. Keep it for other survivors and braggings rights, keep it at post game, but not in lobby for killer.
Yeee... the lobby dodging gets ridiculous once you have serveral characters past 60-or-something in a lobby.
Safe for cosmetics, killers should know as much about the survivors as survivors know about the killer: nothing. Leave prestiges, profile checking and what else there is until post match screen.
