Stackable Tokens.

I've had a situation where 2 People got slugged, i healed the first one, my token was used but didnt help. Then i healed the other person with For the People and there it wouldve actually mattered to get the secondary effect but i didnt have a token anymore. And it happens so incredbily rarely that you get use out of it so i think tokens are fair. Or an option to save the 1 token and use it when you actually want to.

    Stackable tokens would be great! Plus this would be a pretty healthy change since the perk already encourages riskier altruistic actions. Might as well reward those actions with stackable tokens!
