Merciless storm bug still active?

I was playing against a doctor with merciless storm the gen was 95% we missed a skillcheck so merciless storm activated and the gen regressed instantly to 5 - 10% anyone know if the bug is still active or is it a new one?

    Merciless Storm is bugged, correct.

    There is a list of known issues pinned at the top of the Bug Report section:
