2 killers and 1 survivor chapter
We had 2 resident evil chapters with 2 survivors and 1 killer in each chapter, Tools of torment with 2 survivors and 1 killer and Stranger Things with 2 survivors and 1 killer.
Will the next chapter be 2 killers and 1 survivor?

Unlikely. Killers take way more work because their gameplay is so different. It requires a model, three perks, power, and possibly power assets.
Survivors just take a model and three perks.
They can barely keep one killer working correctly on release. What makes you think they can make two work?
Survivors are just skins, killers have unique powers. Guess which one is easier to put into the game
two killers in 3month sound very difficult
To be honest, even in those 2 survivor 1 killer chapters, killers still got more content.
