Give Survivors a way to give up

This is a suggestion. Let Survivors give up if they have been bled out on the ground for a long time. If I'm on the floor for over 1 minute, there should be a prompt to give up and not have a penalty for it. Ther are many instances where the Killer will make it their mission to wait out the full 4 minutes even though there's no one else to hook.

    Yes, it's very annoying!! Especially when there are 2 survivors left, it is worth making a hatch already for 2 survivors, but only one survivor can go into it. This will at least somehow dilute the boring hide-and-seek
