This could be intended. The first image the charm could be dangling from the very bottom of the torso and same goes for the 2nd image it is on the very bottom of the torso the 3rd one however is clipped on the pants and not the torso.

It is not supposed to reset after you heal. It may look that way in the live version but that's a visual bug I'm pretty sure. If Lucky Break reset every time you heal then the perk would be absolutely broken.

Long time players already have the awesome legacy skins for the starting survivors.
The only reward I'm even remotely interested in is getting survivors and killer I still haven't unlocked unlocked for me -- I think I still have 4 survivors locked (even if I already got all their perks) and about 10 killer (I don't play killer as much).
I have 7,200 hours and have everything in the game I would like to get something a bit more is all.

What about players who have a lot of Legacy-Cosmetics? They would get less than those who only have 1 piece and they cosmetics which they actually played for will not be special at all.
And not everyone who has Legacy is playing that much, e.g. I have around 5400 hours, there are Legacy-Owners with less playtime.
I am all for something like Devotion-Rewards, but that should not have anything to do with Legacy. And well, when it comes to Devotion, the Devs have not talked about Rewards so far, so highly unlikely that something is coming for players who play for a long time.
That's a good point. Devotion rewards do sound good but Devotion was introduced 2 years after release. I would like to see at least some special skin it doesn't have to be legacy but would be nice.

Looks like it's just a visual bug. The timer resets but the effect is still 180 sec and does not reset the timer it only affects the perk cooldown visually.

Yes I am aware the shock stops actions. However I am referring to the Survivor being tier 3 madness when they are tier 3 they can't use medkits, flashlights, toolboxes etc but they can still use the key to open the hatch why is that? Shouldn't tier 3 stop them from doing that?
