The 6.6.0 change to scream perks should be reverted

The consistency pass has made the perks affected by it just so much worse to use, it was honestly not needed and should just be reverted back to how it was before.

Also Make your choice is useless since there is no way to tell now who's afflicted with the expose since the survivor doesn't scream, same with Dragon's Grip.

    Hell if i know, it definitely wasn't thoroughly thought through that's for sure, but if we make enough noise then they're going to revert it, at least i hope so judging by some of the past changes that got reverted because of outcry.
