I can't get free "blood points" on this interface. I have pressed the X key on my controller and the game also seems to give me visual feedback and sound feedback.But i still canot get it ？what should i do？

you get them automatically just by looking you dont have to claim them

They are auto claimed when you see the rift progresses. You don´t have to click anything.
