Should Dissolution get rid of the notification for survivor?

It seems like a really weak perk that might be quite good without the notification to survivors that it’s active.

Perhaps even it could work like NOED where once it has been seen/activated by one survivor then it gives a notification for the rest of the game?

    So you want this to be the only perk that debuffs survivors based on killer terror radius that doesn't give a debuff icon?

    Perks like septic touch, coulrophobia, and unnerving presence all show that the debuff is being applied at the bottom. And perks like starstruck show the exposed debuff on the right instead...

    While the perk can be used on chased survivor-A, when survivor-B triggered it few second before at the other side of the map (e.g. typical scenario with Plague), this proposed nerf will never be made by devs.
