Hello, i wanna ask about something. Are we able to use kind of softwares while playing for better gameplay experience?

    Third party software would be against the rules. While BHVR doesn't actively go after harmless things like custom profile pics for survivors and killers, if the automated system bans you for it, they won't help you. So you're playing with fire if you mess around with the game.

    but people are not banning and asked support and checked forum and they said its legal

    Yes but if the EAC dings your software there's nothing BHVR can do to help. Basically your playing a game of Russian Roulette

    Depends what kind of 3rd party software were talking here. If its something like filters, custom icons or one thats been popping up recently which is the auto bloodweb script then youll be fine. As mentioned before though, BHVR does not ban for it and wont do so. But if Easy Anti Cheat sees something going on then they might, and if you do get banned because of them its in their hands, not BHVR.

    If its something that gives you progression/cosmetics, or just straight up cheats. That ones obviously not allowed

    As others have stated, BHVR goes with the Batman "I'm not going to kill you...but I don't have to save you" stance

    If it's a harmless third party thing, BHVR won't actively go after you. While it's unlikely, IF the anticheat program thing bans you, BHVR won't help you.

    I imagine it's rare considering how many people use custom pics and whatnot but being rare doesn't mean zero chance

    Driver filters, specifically, should never lead to banning; EAC has it white-listed (and I don't think they or BHVR want to get into an argument with AMD and Nvidia over brightness adjustment and the like)

    Thats what i ask about, but people get me wrong, i meant cheat or etc , just softwares or adjustment, i am personaly dont use anything!! but curious what is the limit? for example if a program is acceptable by EAC but however gives the player adventage shall it be okay for developers?
