Not like what you have pictured. The closest thing the game has is Urban Evasion.

Sure, but if the Killer finds and hits you, you go straight to Dying, even if you were Healthy. 😁

That actually seems good, given how stealthy such a perk would be. I mean, most Killers can't see a Survivor crouching directly in front of them, so crawling would be massively stealthy.
