Buff Hex: Crowd Control to have built in undying.
It's a good chase perk, but not good enough for the perk slot. It's a c-tier/b-tier perk that could use a bit of love to be a compelling alternative to the meta. If it had built-in Undying, it would be more useful. I think more weaker hex's should have built-in undying. Like, Huntress Lullaby is practically worthless and not even a real alternative to Devour Hope. Hex's aren't meta and haven't been meta since ruin was murdered.
While we're at it, buff Ruin to 150%.

Absolutely not.
This would be like if the first jigsaw box was guaranteed to not have the key to the RBT, which is something the devs said they would never do, because knowing the first one is pointless would just make the process a slog.
It just needs to be do more for a hex.
Make it also block all fast vaults as well.
