Beast of Prey buff
Arguably by some considered to be the worst killer perk in the game, I thought of a rework that maintains the original purpose of the perk, adds one new feature entirely unique to this perk, as well as an underused status effect
As for the Tier 2 effect, I was unsure what the angle that survivors can move their heads at, so perhaps if BHVR could come up with an angle where the neck is able to swivel, you'd get some movement, but not a full 360 in chase
