No extra points for Re-Boon
I just had a teammate in my game who didnt do anything important and just went around the map and rebooned his circle of healing for no reason. He actually got quite a lot of points just for that which is why i think this shouldnt give any points when you already placed a boon and its still active. Rebooning doesnt provide your team any value in 99/100 cases.
