Why cant Dredge be blinded in vaults ?

Unless they changed something recently, he absolutely can be blinded mid-vault.
i tried it on a dropdown window and during vault animation he is looking down so i couldnt blind him.
As a dredge-player, it can be blinded in vaults. seems to be a you-problem.
You can be blinded mid-vault as Dredge, you just have to put more effort towards keeping the light at his face because of the vault animation.
maybe its just happening on vaults where there is a dropdown / fall. i tried it on the window in Disturbed Ward where there are the round glass windows with 1 vault in the main building and it did definetly not work cuz his head was pointing towards the ground.
