What does this bit of the serum description mean?
On the blight serum description it says it might have effects on certain killers. is that just flavor text or is there something special with certain killers?

I think its just flavor text, which is a shame because seeing Plague puke Blight or Oni exploding in Blight instead of Blood would be cool to see
As the Blight, you get an additional rush token.
Also, if there was a bug then it was kind of covered. 🤔
It just gives +1 rush to Blighted Corruption, because it'd be weird to give Blight the regular effect on top of his power
That's a shame. They could've done so much with that. Even if it was only cosmetic. Plague vomiting luminous bile or victor glowing bright orange would've been pretty funny.
