I started playing again like 10 days ago and Ive been spamming flans and cakes from killers and survivors. I must have lost like 80. What the hell BHVR?

Unless they fixed that in the hot fix, before yesterday they were being consumed despite looking as though they were being refunded.

Why weren't you just using the even offerings anyway?
Because they don't give much compared to anniversary ones.
But anniversary ones can be used at any time (when they work again).
The event ones can only be used during the event.
You'd get more mileage out of using the event offerings. Don't under estimate how effective they can be, I can walk out with over 50K base BP score from the bonuses in gaining/depositing void energy and smashing pumpkins. Then bonuses would be added on top of that.

Lack of attention? How is the casual player supposed to know? Lol it’s very easy to not know/miss it. Especially if you’re not looking at the bloodpoints you get at the end of the game. Plus the event automatically gives you more bloodpoints so with a bloody party streamer you could do a match and get like 31k and then the end game screen says you got 50k and you’re like alright cool and then move on to the next game, not even realizing that you got 50k because the event gives you more bp. Incentives on top of that make it really hard to notice. When it says “90k” you obviously aren’t going to notice and do the math every single game.
