Help!
Hey I know this is not the place to talk about bans and i should talk to the support team but i have made a ticket and they responded with the reason i was banned.
i made another ticket explaining what exactly happened with proof and evidance and i didnt get a response all i got was the stautes of my ticket is "Solved"
No i didnt get a mail.
No i didnt get a reply.
Yes i have tried to contact EAC. No response too.
Yes my account is still banned.
What can i do rn because i have sent them like 5 tickets and none of them were responded to. i just want my account back ?

We do not discuss bans publicly.
Since you contacted Support already, you need to wait for their reply, without opening multiple tickets, as that keeps sending you back into the queue.
Just to add to what Rizzo has said, if your first ticket was closed after receiving the reply from Support - which is your ban appeal and your appeal was denied, then further tickets will be closed as only one ban appeal is allowed.
