It's not necessary but it encourages people to spend their bloodpoints which i think is a good thing.
I don't get the point of it.
They obviously love Nickelback.
Honestly I see why there's a cap but 2M is such a weirdly specific place to cap it. Should b 5M
they keep mentioning it helps catching hackers but why dont they do it 10 mil bps then.
