VICTOR CHANGES

  • Survivors downed by Victor now gain following effects:
    • If Victor is in control:
      • Downed Survivors recieve healing +30% faster.
      • Downed Survivors recover themselfs +30% faster.
    • If Charlotte is in control:
      • Downed Survivors recieve healing -30% slower.
      • Downed Survivors recover themselfs -30% slower.
    • These effects changes depending on who is in control. These effects don't combine or conflt each other. Only one can be present at any given time.
  • Victor's respawn time increased from 6 seconds ---> 10 seconds.
  • Victor can now switch back to Charlotte while in cooldown after downing a Survivor.
  • Victor's cooldown after downing a Survivor is increased from 5 seconds --> 6 seconds.
  • If Victor enters a 16 meter range within a Hooked Survivor on the same floor level, Victor will be forced to respawn if he will not leave the area within 8 seconds. The timer resets after 4 seconds of not being in the area.
    • Sleeping Victor will respawn if any Survivor is hooked within the same range.

CHARLOTTE CHANGES

  • Switching from Victor to Charlotte cooldown reduced from 3 seconds ---> 0.75 seconds.
  • If Victor downs a Survivor, switching back to Charlotte will make her move at 4.20 m/s for the whole Victor's cooldown durations (up to 6 seconds).

REASONS BEHIND THESE CHANGES

,,Overall I want to make Twins less clunky to play and promote hooking, while making it more difficult for them to slug everyone and camp well at the same time. The problem right now with Twins is that going for hooks is time consuming and ineffective since it takes a lot of time. Also Survivors with the right build and tools (with great healing, which is popular nowdays anyway) can pick up a downed Survivor very fast if they play in SWF groups or just if they happend to be close to each other, undoing the Killer's down within few seconds before Charlotte has even a tiny chance to do something about that. This is where the decreased healing and increased healing (if you try to slug with Victor) comes to play."
