thx you say blast mine nerf is wrong
こんにちは。
Thank you to everyone who tells me that the Blast Mine nerf is a mistake. The cool time that if you activate a perk and the killer does not kick the generator, you have to repair the generator for a certain amount of time again before you can activate the next blastmine is wrong!
So I remember you guys telling me when Dragon's Grip was implemented that it was wrong to have a coold time if it didn't trigger the same way.
Thanks a second time!

Is this true? The devs said It was a mistake?
I heard otherwise. Something about it having always been bugged and it being fixed in its current state.
A dev did say that Blast Mine was bugged since it came out. They only realized it when coding Wiretap. They also mentioned in the same post, they do need to look at it.
its scarier to think that they believed it was supposed to be this way all along.
Since this nerf/bug fix, ive switched to wiretap because it gives the same information ive used it for. As a solo q survivor, I have put it on a gen im working to let others know, dont run the killer here
Lets hope this is all fixed by next week and we can forget that nerf/bug, finally.
To be fair this may be more due to a lack of communication between those who code the game and those who playtest it and less them simply not playing their game whatsoever.
After all the description of the perk never specified prior that it deactivated after use, which leads me to believe that it was never clarified between the two teams in the first case hence the huge delay in "fixing" it.
Well that tweet is…interesting.
Honestly I wouldn’t even mind the change to blast mine if they just reduced the repair requirement to compensate. This way you have to be more strategic with how you use it but it becomes available faster than it did before. 66% was fine with how it worked before, but it’s too high now.
What? Was the dragons grip a bug!
That's not possible!
It has been two years since it was implemented.
And yet you are only now finding out that it is glitchy!
That is impossible. If you had done some test play, you would have noticed it sooner.
Welcome to BHVR
he wasn't aware??? the perk has been around for more than a year and a half and he wasn't aware how it worked??
dbd devs never stop surprising me.
however i hope they revert it or lower the repair percentage needed.
Exact tweet from someone from BHVR
Certainly sounds like the actual coders and the rest of the BHVR team have pretty dire communication between each other. How you don't realise such a huge bug in over a year I don't know.
Yeah it stuns and blinds. If you're getting blinded too with lightborn something is wrong
You can still get stunned, just not blinded.
