Limit Coulrophobia size
Please limit the size that coulrophobia can attain to only being 30m maximum, having it reach almost 60m on wesker with just one perk is ridiculous.

In order for it to reach 60m on Wesker, Wesker would have to be running multiple perks to increase his TR size. Distressing only increases it to around 50m. Either need to be in chase with M&A or carrying someone with Agitation for it to extend to 60m.
Also this is hardly an issue as an entire build is being dedicated to a single perk.
And not even that good of a perk lol
I was wondering when a thread like this would show up LMAO
Oh no - a perk that has been mediocre forever is now decent on one specific killer when you pair it with another perk to make your TR huge.
It's totally fine.
