[3/3] The Endurance status effect doesn't avoid the killer from camping

Recently they made a change that every survivor unhooked would get the Endurance status effect for 5 seconds. This doesn't avoid the killer to focus exclusively on you and wait for the timer to be over. Some people could say "ah, but you can go to a pallet after being unhooked", but this is not valid if there are no pallets near the hook or if they are already used by someone else.

    They actually already buffed it to 10 seconds and the haste effect from 7% to 10%

    They should make survivors be ghosts for duration of the BT. They go through walls cant be hit etc. After 5 gens are done it no longer grants you ghost status.(just so people can't get free escapes)
