Endgame bar changes

Let the endgame bar activate when all generators are repaired, but the bar takes 4 minutes to complete, if it is very op you can increase it to 5 minutes instead of 4 minutes.

    The endgame collapse isn't there to benefit one side, it's to ensure the game eventually ends. The killer can initiate the EGC if survivors are stalling, so I don't see the point doing this... unless you want to buff killer, which is both unnecessary at this point and not the point of the mechanic.
