Sadako TV VFX Bug

Description of the Issue: When a survivor pulls a tape from a TV, the static visual effect that plays over their character portrait does not play as intended, and instead only plays after the tape has been put away. This issue was present on the most recent PTB as well.
Steps to reproduce: Have a survivor pull a tape from a TV while playing against the Onryo, and have them place it into their designated TV.
How often does this occur: Seemingly every match.

Very annoying bug
This bug causes major confusion during the match. It definitely needs quick fixing.
