They didn't reduce the grind at all. I think it's stupid that you gotta prestige 3 times to get p3 perks. Is that really any different than getting to lvl 40?

You dont have to prestige 3 times to get level 3 perks once you prestige once you can level them up in the bloodweb same as you always have. Getting to prestige 2/3 just unlocks them at level 2/3 across all characters without having to find them in the bloodweb.
