Fix the Rubberbanding please

I've been experiencing horrible rubberbanding since at least 5.7.0 and it is still in the game. I'm talking about the rubberbanding that makes you stutter in place for a fraction of a second and it happens to me both as killer or survivor. ZubatLEL uninstalled the game over this exact issue.

These stutters are awful and happen to me almost every game, often multiple times per game and sometimes even mid-lunge or mid-vault and always have a negative impact in every chase when they occur.

This bug should have never even made it into the game, let alone be left to fester for months.
