Why are my Demogorgon perks T1

I don't give a damn if they were made generic perks, I got P3 when they were still Demos perks and they still say "Demogorgon Perk" on them. License or not this shouldn't be a thing for people who spent money on the chapter before Netflix pulled the plug.

Because Demogorgon does not have perks

It did when behaviour took money for him and people ground them out...
