It's order of magnitude tamer than bubba tho.
A killer will still have to stack up STBFL a bit to get to the point where the cooldown is faster than unhook animation. You barely see people who play to camp bring stbfl as it is, because there's many other ways to quickly down the unhooker that don't require some set up.
Why would I use stbfl if I can just use leatherface?
Folks tested this in PTB and max STBFL stacks still arent fast enough to prevent a hook trade. Without that, it's about as strong as it was before in this context.
