can we talk punishment real quick?
me & my friends like playing DBD together but the games so buggy prone to crashing all the time, and for whatever reason, you devs made the game crashing a reason for a matchmaking ban.
This is how it happens; me + friends play game + game crashes + we wait 5 minutes to play game again + game crashes again + we get punished for stuff outside of our control + you devs do nothing = gradual loss of playerbase due to subpar job done devs.
Please at the very least changes this much, the crashing we can tolerate but the excessive punishment is getting ridiculous.

The tried and true response to this is that by crashing out of the game even if it's not your intention, you are ruining other peoples game. Therefore you should not be allowed to go continue to go about ruining others gameplay even if it is not what you are trying to do.
